Terms of sale
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of sale apply to paid subscriptions to the KlipHunt service, sold by the publisher identified in the legal notice. They supplement the terms of use. Any subscription implies acceptance of the Terms of sale in force on that date.
2. Plans and limits
- Each plan is described on the Pricing page: price, number of channels, number of monitored live hours and number of shorts per billing period.
- Detection quality is the same for every plan. Only monitored time, number of channels and number of shorts vary.
- Counters are shown in Settings > Plan. Once a limit is reached, monitoring or short creation stops until the next period or a plan change. Unused amounts do not roll over.
- The AI voice is a paid option, shown as such on the Pricing page.
3. Prices
- Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).
- Applicable taxes (VAT or equivalent tax depending on your country) are calculated by Stripe Tax based on your billing address and shown before you confirm payment. The total amount due is shown including taxes at checkout.
- Your bank may charge currency conversion fees if your account is not in USD. These fees do not depend on the publisher.
4. 15-day free trial
- A new account gets a 15-day free trial, with no credit card required, within the limits shown for the trial.
- One trial per person. The publisher may refuse a trial in case of duplicates (same email or same Twitch channel).
- At the end of the trial, nothing is charged automatically. The service stops unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
5. Subscription and payment
- Payment is processed by Stripe on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. The publisher never sees or stores your card numbers.
- The subscription is billed in advance at the start of each period (monthly, unless stated otherwise on the Pricing page).
- Stripe issues an invoice and emails it to you for each payment.
6. Renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the current price, until cancelled. A reminder is sent before renewal where the applicable law requires it.
7. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from Settings > Plan (Stripe customer portal), in a few clicks.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then. The started period is not refunded, except where you exercise the right of withdrawal (section 9) or where the law provides otherwise.
8. Plan changes and failed payments
- Upgrade: immediate, billed pro rata for the remaining period.
- Downgrade: effective from the next period.
- Failed payment: Stripe retries the charge and you are notified by email. If not settled within the stated time, the subscription is suspended and then cancelled.
9. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have 14 days from subscription to withdraw, without giving any reason (Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
Immediate performance and waiver. KlipHunt is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay. At checkout, an unticked box asks you:
- to expressly request that the service start before the end of the withdrawal period;
- to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
If you withdraw within 14 days after requesting immediate performance, you are refunded the price minus an amount proportional to the service provided until your withdrawal (Article L. 221-25 of the French Consumer Code).
To withdraw, send a clear statement (you may use the form below) to ILLITH, 101 rue Bouthier, 33100 Bordeaux, France (by post). The refund is made within 14 days, using the original payment method.
Withdrawal form — To ILLITH, 101 rue Bouthier, 33100 Bordeaux, France: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the following KlipHunt subscription: [plan], subscribed on [date]. Name: […] — Account email: […] — Date: […]
10. Refunds
Apart from the right of withdrawal and cases provided by law, amounts paid are not refunded. In case of prolonged unavailability of the service attributable to the publisher, a goodwill gesture may be granted case by case.
11. Price changes
The publisher may change its prices. A new price applies to your subscription only from the next period, after an information email sent at least 30 days in advance. If you refuse it, cancel before the effective date.
12. Business customers
If you subscribe as a business, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Provide your VAT number to Stripe for reverse charge where applicable.
13. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint: ILLITH, 101 rue Bouthier, 33100 Bordeaux, France (by post). The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in July 2025, so it is not mentioned.
14. Governing law
These Terms of sale are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. The French version prevails.
